The way we serve food at events has changed this year.
At school, for end of year celebrations, the request has been for food which has been individually wrapped or prepared commercially.
The home biscuit decorating and baked goods may not comply with the new requests.
This predicament got me thinking of what can be created which still has a festive feel, is individually wrapped and the kids will love to eat!
I couldn’t make my Mars Bar Rudolph Treats this year… so I changed it up to use chocolate gold coins instead.

Materials
- Chocolate Gold Coins
- Red and Green Pom Poms
- Googley Eyes
- Pipe Cleaners
- Craft Glue
- Scissors
- Tape (not pictured)

Instructions
These are so easy to make and the images show the sequence on how to make them.
A big tip, which I worked out after gluing the face on my coin, is make the antlers and attach them to the coin first using tape.

Flip the coin over and start adding Rudolph’s face.
If you decide to add the antlers at the end, you might need to reglue the pom pom nose.

Make enough for everyone in the class. This could also make for a fun end of year activity too or an adorable addition to a Christmas card.
