If you’re lucky enough to live in an area where there are liquidambar trees, you will have noticed that many of the beautifully coloured leaves have littered the ground. The trees in our hood have been in shock I think as it feels like we went from summer straight into winter, so many of the trees still have their autumnally hued leaves intact.
After admiring the beauty of these trees in my local area, I stopped to pick some of the leaves off the ground to use for this very easy paper plate leafy owl craft. The shape of the liquidambar leaves are perfect for this craft as they can fan out like wings for your owl.
